the main ingredient

Sure, in Peru they eat cuy (they do, but I won't), but since it originated here, in the world, this is what they eat a lot of:

varieties
purple!
tubers, for sure
they do grow in the ground
little, colorful
pastels
red white & blue
have one, they're weird!

There is nothing wrong with cuy. I've eaten it and it tastes like rabbit. Mind you, it is surprising how tough their skin is.

Wow! Thanks especially for linking to your blog post, that's very helpful. You're a much more adventurous eater than I am. And then there was Abraham Lincoln, my pet guinea pig when I was a child. I'll be looking through your blog for more info, thanks for commenting as you stopped by, Richard.
